Digital products — please read before buying

Our guides are instantly downloadable digital products. Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once you have started the download, because at checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose that right. This acknowledgement is confirmed in your order email. As a result, all sales are final and we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a guide has been downloaded.

Our 7-day guarantee

We still stand behind the work. The guarantee is limited to a genuine technical problem (for example, a file that will not open or download) or a product that is materially not as described on this site — not a change of mind after reading. If either applies, contact us within 7 days at (contact email to be added before launch) and we will fix it or refund you. We would always rather make it right than leave you stuck.
